REGULAR CLASSES

Our general Krav Maga classes are for everyone from the age of twelve. It is a large group made up of juniors and adults from different backgrounds. Trainings aim at improving both the physical and mental strength of all our members regardless of their level. Class starts with a warm-up after which we practice Krav Maga techniques. Techniques are repeated often and explained in detail, because we want every member to understand how Krav Maga works and what principles it is based on. We challenge everyone with drills and exercises to create realistic situations.

KIDS & JUNIORS CLASSES

The Krav Maga Worldwide Kids program is a fun, encouraging alternative to traditional martial arts self defense classes for kids. Instead of forms and drills, Krav Maga for children teaches tools and techniques tailored for situations that commonly confront kids at school, on the playground, and in life. In our classes, we stress three things: self-defense, fitness, and confidence. By focusing on these real world needs, kids are engaged in the learning process.
